My Company voted the best Company to work for...

I wonder how they got voted as the best company to work for !!! They should be voted as the worst company to work for ! If only they knew why !

Maybe I shouldnt be writing about my own company but this is a personal rant..an avenue for average joe to !@#$% about the company that he works in. Fair enough ? Sometimes I wonder if those BIG BIG BALLSES in my company reads about what people say about them. May I suggest you use Google Services and put up a Google Alert on your company name e.g "xxxxxx xxxxxx" ? Anything or anyone who writes or types that anywhere on the internet, you get an alert!!

Things I realised when you work in a "Multi National Comopany"

• Never be too close to your ballses ballses ( Check out what backstab means in wikipedia )
  
• Never be hopeful that your ballses ballses will stand by you. They standby the customers even though the customer is wrong.
• Never ask your ballses ballses for team building sponsorship. They will never. Its best you come out.with your own money to gel the team. The ballses ballses are busy opening up champaigns to celebrate a major service recovery issue
• Ask your ballses ballses the names of his desk team members, he/she wont know. He is better at remembering VIP names.

Computer has become personal again....:)

Okay..back to work with the best company...
