Property Investment Deal from my good friend , Amanda !

Most of you, my friends would have met and know my good friend Amanda by now. She, ashlyn and her hubby Mr Low migrated to Canada few years back with nothing to their name and I mean nothing. Her story could easily be written into a book named " How I start from nothing to something " Today she is doing mega property projects worth millions. Its thanks to her for sharing with me the opportunities that I got involved in my first property investment. Till todate, I am getting very very good returns on investment from her. She has emailed me with another good property proposal with returns that you will never find in fixed deposit, structured deposit and unit trusts offered by banks here. This is one of the proposals that she send to me from time to time. If you are keen to find out, let me know.

Total Investment Amount = CDN$60,080.41
Investment period = 2 years or 24 months
1st year investment return = CDN$4,806.43
2nd year investment return = CDN$4,806.43

Total Investment Return will be equal to =
CDN$4,806.43 + CDN$4,806.43 + CDN$20,000 = CDN$29,612.87
% Return of Investment for 2 years = 29,612.87/60,080.41 = 49.29%

Thus Return of Investment each year works out to be 24.64% per annum.
Fund of CDN$60,080.41 required in April next month.

Yes.. Mel is absolutely right.. I am the investor. Both my sister and me shared and yes.. we received our 1st payout yesterday.

I first knew melvin from an internet relay chat and over the years, I get to know him better when he visited me in Hk and I also visited Singapore ..Through him,I get to know rani, amanda and his classmates and friends like sanny...

when he first showed me amanda property investment returns, i know this is something that you will never be able to get from banks or elsewhere...

As a non investment savvy person, the only thing i can say is " I can trust him with my money" he has dutifully fulfilled his payout to me for the property investment as well as his casino investment returns which I am part of his investors club.

thanks to him if not i am still earning a linear income with no idea of creating other sources of income.
