Backache that turned out to be "Cancer"

Imagine how I feel when I read this article from "Today's Paper this morning. I have been having very bad back pain for about a year now and when I read this article, " I asked myself "Could this be happening to me ? I just had my bone scan at Singapore General Hospital just last week. I called up National Cancer Centre and asked if I can schedule an appointment to see their consultant and seek a second opinion, Samir, a nursing staff was kind enough to explain the symptoms of backache that leads to cancer. and asked me to check with my orthopaedic doctor for a second opinion. Thankfully, another doctor reviewed my medical file and scan results and advise me that the scan showed nothing serious but to watch my sitting posture especially avoid sitting long hours in front of the PC. Next month, I am going to sign up for a yoga and pilate class which is recommended by the SGH doctor...Hmm...no physiotherapy ? :)
